One craftsman, every job done right the first time
Our story
One Craftsman, Every Detail Handled
Brough Maintenance is a Lancaster general contracting and remodeling business built around hands-on craftsmanship. We take on full room remodels, custom cabinetry, tile work, doors, and finish carpentry, the kind of jobs where the details are what people notice years later.
We build our own cabinets and islands from scratch, keep the job site clean while we work, and pay close attention to the parts of a project that are easy to rush, like trim, ceiling lines, and how a new door sits against existing brick or stone.
Many of our clients call us back for their next project, and the next one after that. We would rather do a job right the first time than come back to fix it.

What customers say
“He did a great job renovating my house from my master bathroom, living room, bedroom, kitchen which he made the cabinets and an island. Replaced the tiles from the kitchen to the dining area, hallway bathroom, raised the ceiling of the entry way, hallway and installed can lights! Licensed, bonded and local! The best contractor in town!”
“Lance was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely affordable. He did a great job replacing and rerouting my dryer vent. Will definitely use again in the future for more projects.”
“Lance is meticulous and has an eye for detail. His suggestions are very helpful, and he keeps his work site very clean. We continue to enjoy the sliding glass doors he installed, and all the trim work is still looking very good.”
